Not everyone is interested in going to college and not everyone learns from books, this is why our Course is totally Hands-On! If you're looking for theory of learning by the book, we are not the place for you!

Our Trainers have a combined knowledge of over 100 years of Expertise of our Industry and hold the understanding and capacity to teach over older and newer market appliances. From Built-Ins to Freestanding Units, we've done it and seen it all and can guide you in whatever Market you're looking to get into after training.

We don't just stop at Shop Training! 

Our students are sent out on Ride-Alongs with Same Day Techs to get the real, In-Home experience of Serving Customers in their Homes! 

With In-Home Training, our Students learn how to approach their customers, their appliances and how to carry out to completion of service for their customers. This includes looking up parts, ordering and setting customers back up for Installation.

The understanding of how this industry runs and how to get the most out of it, is what we teach our students and our trainers are there with them, every step of the way.
