Refund & Credit Policy

At Same Day Appliance Repair Academy USA, we are committed to providing high-quality, hands-on training programs. Due to the significant upfront costs required to prepare and operate each course, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

No Refunds

All tuition payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. This applies to all enrollments, including courses paid in full or partially.

This policy exists because we invest substantial resources prior to each class, including but not limited to:

• Paying qualified instructors and professors
• Purchasing tools, equipment, and training materials for each student
• Preparing hands-on training environments and facilities
• Administrative and operational expenses

Once these resources are allocated, they cannot be recovered.

Course Credits & Make-Up Options

Although refunds are not provided, we offer course credits for students who have paid in full and are unable to attend their originally scheduled course or feel they are not yet ready to participate.

• Course credits must be used within six (6) months of the originally scheduled course date or within one (1) year of the original payment date, whichever comes first.
• Credits may be applied toward a future scheduled course of the same program, subject to availability.

Transferable Credits

Course credits are fully transferable.

• Students may transfer or sell their credit to another individual.
• Same Day Appliance Repair Academy USA must be notified in advance with the new participant’s full name and contact information so enrollment records can be updated.
• Transferred credits retain the same expiration timeline and value as the original enrollment.

Agreement to Policy

By enrolling in any course offered by Same Day Appliance Repair Academy USA, students acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Credit Policy in full.
